At NOBLILUX, we want your garden and outdoor lighting products to arrive safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK.
2. Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days from order date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to carrier delays outside our control.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
5. Packaging
All garden and outdoor lighting products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials suited to the size and fragility of each item.
6. Missed Deliveries & Delivery Issues
- If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery depot before contacting us.
- For lost, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. NOBLILUX cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
