Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • You will receive an immediate order confirmation email.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and courier details.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom (no minimum spend required).
  • This covers our standard delivery service. Expedited or express options (if available) may incur additional fees, displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

  • Transit time after shipping: 4-8 business days (estimate only).
  • Total delivery time from order placement: 5-10 business days (estimate only). These are estimates based on typical courier performance and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary due to location, weather, peak periods (e.g., holidays), or unforeseen events.

Under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), unless otherwise agreed at the time of order, goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any event not more than 30 days after the day the contract is entered into (i.e., order placement). If delivery exceeds this period (or any agreed specific date that was essential to you), you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom. For any international orders (including EU), please contact us at supportclient@nobilux.com for availability, rates, and details. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may be significantly longer.

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor progress on the courier's website.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change it after dispatch.
  • We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package (e.g., home or workplace). If redelivery or collection is required due to a failed delivery attempt, additional fees may apply (at our discretion).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a person you nominate) physically receive the goods. Until delivery, we remain responsible for the goods (including during transit).

Delays & Issues

  • First, check the tracking information on the courier's site.
  • If the delay persists or there is an issue (e.g., lost package), contact us at supportclient@noblilux.com. We will investigate and assist.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, weather, strikes). However, if a delay is significant and the delivery time was essential to you (and communicated as such before ordering), you may have rights to cancel under UK consumer law.
