We offer free returns with prepaid shipping labels and a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items. This policy applies to all products unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Your Statutory Rights as a Consumer (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose:
- Within 30 days: You can reject the item for a full refund (including original delivery costs).
- Up to 6 months: Presumption that the fault existed at delivery — you can choose repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
- After 6 months: You may need to prove the fault existed at delivery.
For faulty or non-conforming goods, you will not pay return shipping costs.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (distance sales):
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason, starting the day after receipt.
- Notify us within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days.
- Full refund (including standard delivery costs) once we receive the items or proof of return.
Exceptions apply to personalised/custom items, sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other statutory exclusions.

2. NOBLILUX 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for change-of-mind returns on all products.
- 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for any reason (change of mind).
- Free returns — we provide a prepaid shipping label and cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- This guarantee applies to garden lights, solar lights, outdoor wall lanterns, pathway lighting, and all other items.
3. Product Condition for Returns
Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Defective):
- Items must be in resalable condition: unused or lightly tested (e.g. cights powered on briefly to check function
- Returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Clean, undamaged, and free from stains or misuse.
Defective or Non-Conforming Items:
- Accepted in any reasonable condition if the issue existed at delivery.
- Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 30 days) with photos or videos.
- We will quickly assess and provide repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy at no cost to you.
Hygiene & Safety Items:
- Sealed food-contact or personal care items cannot be returned once unsealed unless defective.
- light use is allowed during the trial, but they must be returned clean for change-of-mind returns.
Items not meeting the conditions for change-of-mind returns may be refused or subject to a reasonable restocking fee. Your statutory rights for faulty items always apply in full.
4. How to Return – Simple & Free Process

- Select the return reason and submit (include photos for defective items).
- We email you a free prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty
- Refunds: Processed within 10 business days (often faster) after we receive and inspect the item. Refund issued to the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, we refund the product price. Original shipping costs are refunded only for faulty items or as required by law.
- Exchanges: Available and free for defective items (we cover return and replacement shipping). For change-of-mind exchanges, shipping is also free.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we offer a full refund, full-value store credit, or a suitable alternative (with your approval).
- 12-Month Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects. Contact us with proof of purchase for free assessment, repair, replacement, or refund.
